We all have questions. Here are a few we get quite often. Feel free to contact us if we can answer any more.
- When should I place my order by?
Our dates get booked very quickly, so always reserve your date with plenty of time. However, as all our cakes are bespoke we ask for all orders to be confirmed at least 1 week prior to the occasion. For rush orders (depending on availability) an additional fee may be added.
- When do I pay for my order?
A deposit is payable to book the date. For orders over £150 the remainder can be paid in instalments as agreed. Balance must be cleared either on or prior to collection/delivery.
IMPORTANT: Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit amount is received.
- Do you cater for allergies?
Unfortunately, we are not currently setup to be able to cater for allergies.
- Are your cakes suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, we ensure each ingredient used is suitable for vegetarians. We do not cater for vegan diets at present.
